Catherine Angell Sohn, PharmD is an experienced biopharmaceutical executive and private and public company Board director with expertise in strategy, strategic product development, business development, commercialization of new medicines and vaccines, and public company Board governance.

Dr. Sohn is currently chairman of BioEclipse Therapeutics, a privately held, clinical-stage oncology company and is an independent Director on the Board of Directors of Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: JAZZ), Rubius Therapeutics (NASDAQ: RUBY), Axcella Health (NASDAQ: AXLA), Landec Corp (NASDAQ: LNDC) and Maze Therapeutics (privately held). She is Chair of the Compensation Committees at RUBY and serves on the Compensation Committee at JAZZ, AXLA, and Maze. Sohn is Chair the Nom/Gov Committee at AXLA and Maze, serves on the Nom/Gov committee at JAZZ, and serves on the Audit Committees of RUBY and LNDC. Dr. Sohn also particularly enjoys engaging with students as Adjunct Professor at the University of California, San Francisco, her alma mater.
