NEW YORK, NY—LifeSciHub, the gig-economy online resource marketplace for life sciences R&D, announced today the availability LifeSciHub’s second Application Prototype.
A significant improvement over the first expression of LifeSciHub, this second prototype delivers robust functionality and architecture sufficient to support live production Pilot projects and Proofs of Concept. Prototype 2’s design also includes feature enhancements and visual modifications that improve the user journey. By focusing on the user journey, the team is able to understand the functionality of the system and its value in transforming traditional business processes. This approach also allows the team to identify any functionality gaps in the platform and respond to them early in the development lifecycle.
S. Jewels, LifeSciHub Co-Founder, added, “We are delighted that Prototype 2 delivers on the expectation to support live Pilot projects and Proofs of Concepts. We are looking forward to engaging the customer base and gaining high caliber experiential feedback from the marketplace. Our emphasis continues to be on the user experience and ensuring that this disruptive innovation brings greater efficiency, cost savings and quality without greater complexity.”
Bob De Vivo, LifeSciHub Sr. Director of Software Engineering and Co-Founder, commented, “Prototyping activities for software design and system development require deep collaboration and enable the team to minimize misunderstandings of the user needs. The second prototype is a major milestone for our team. It represents our best understanding and interpretation of the user requirements to date. We are excited to share it with our industry peers to gain additional feedback from the marketplace.”
